Hi! I'm Linda and I have 3 adult children and two grandchildren. I love them all and am grateful to have them in my life. I live in Boise, ID and they are scattered in different states so I've decided to travel some, meet new people, see new places and even do some work/trade travel opportunities and house/pet sitting.

I've had many career paths in my life; advertising/marketing, property management, insurance sales, mobile home sales, life coach, nutritional coach...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to travel and see new places and meet new people. I think it would be absolutely amazing to enjoy conversation and engage with people as you travel. Of course, I'm looking to save money as well so I can travel.

I am not available to host at the moment because of my frequent travels but hope someday to return the favor that others offer so compassionately.

Interests

Traveling, walking, enjoying nature, meeting new people and hearing their life stories, psychology, reading, learning new things, watching some of my favorite shows and movies on DVD, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read a lot of self-help, psychology and personal development books. I love Hallmark movies, general romance movies, I Love Lucy, Larkrise to Candleford, crime dramas (not too intense) and inspiring movies. When the Christmas season begins, I'm really into Christmas movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow, I guess raising my 3 kids was the most amazing and fulfilling thing I have done (at least for me). Volunteering at a soup kitchen, deciding to join the couchsurfing community and step outside my comfort zone, getting involved in house/pet sitting, deciding to choose "courage" over fear.
