Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As much as I enjoy being part of a crowd full of tourists(...), I'd rather experience a place while being closer to the locals. It's a great way to actual get to know the culture and meet different people who I'd normally never meet. There are so many human beings who would amaze you and who you could learn from.

And I'm just too poor for hotels.
