ABOUT ME

Born and raised in a small town in Sweden, now living in Stockholm, which in comparison is a huuge town. Have also live in Edinburgh, Scotland and Nice, France. Think I'm pretty settled in Stockholm now, though, I like it here. Even though I myself am having some trouble understanding why, when you think spring is finally coming, only to wake up one morning and see it's snowing again... I teach English and Swedish to teenagers, which most of the time is a super fun job.

PHILOSOPHY

Change your mindset and you change your world. Which I guess means that you yourself control your thoughts and attitudes, and thereby you decide what kind of life you're going to have. Positive thinking, glass half empty or half full, in other words. You choose.

So far none, but I'm planning on changing that this summer... :)

Interests

Reading, writing, reflecting, discussing... I teach communication skills and literature, so I guess my interests pretty much correspond to what I do for a living. Lucky coincidence? :) I do have things I like to do otside of my job too, like spending time with friends, meeting new people and visiting new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm into singer songwriter type of music, but there are a number of different genres I listen to. Movies I probably choose depending on my mood, and books... I like poetry, have always been fascinated by how much you can express using so few words. I like Sylvia Plath, T.S Eliot, Toni Morrison, Joyce Carol Oates, Ted Hughes... I could go on. :)
