Open mind, open heart 🌞👁️🌙

Spent the post year living in India and Nepal, immersing myself into my two passions: spirituality (yoga&meditation) and trekking (the Himalayas, come on?!). Now I’m back to Europe visiting friends and puzzling a new life together, as I don’t wanna fully go back to old routines of work work work.

Therefore currently continuing to teach vinyasa & yin yoga, giving sound healing sessions, starting a new degree in Gender Studies, Intersectionality and Change and spending as much time in nature, on festivals and with likeminded people of conscious communities.

Moving back to Berlin in fall and able to host people again then ✌️
