I was born and raised in the beautiful coastal city of Port Elizabeth in South Africa. Now I split my time between PE and a small karoo town called Nieu-Bethesda. Unfortunately I'm unable to host in the city at this stage, but if you ever want to head over to Nieu-Bethesda, just let me know ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ever since I was a kid I had this idea of staying with locals when I travel someday to learn more about them and their traditions. I just never realised that it actually had a name until I became a member of this site. The people that I've met up and stayed with through Couchsurfing have been absolutely incredible! It has been such a life changing experience in the most profound way and I highly recommend it to anyone who has never done it before.

Music: Pretty much most genres, but I'm really loving rock instrumental at the moment - it is my go-to road trip music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I attended Vipassana at Bet Deganya in Israel earlier this year. It's a 10 day silent meditation retreat and was absolutely incredible! It might not seem like the most adventurous thing to do, but it was definitely an experience I'll never forget.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the basics in photography, then we can go and explore, learn some new things together and share a bottle of wine afterwards :))
