Hello!
I'm a Student in Manchester, studying and spending most of my free time playing music. I currently work part time as a barista and spend a lot of time just hanging out with friends here. When I get the chance, I really like to get out of the City and into the surrounding countryside, for the fresh air and headspace.
My mum is from America and so I have spend time travelling back and forth since I was a kid, and spent most of my gap year living in different countries and visiting friends. Now that I'm a student I don't have the chance to do that as much, but I still love to when I get the opportunity!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my year out before university I worked at a hostel and met so many wonderful and interesting people travelling. I was bowled over by how kind and hospitable people were opening their homes for me to stay in. I absolutely fell in love with that culture of openness and want to be a part of that still!

Movies: Little Miss Sunshine, About Alex, Far from the Madding crowd, Beasts of the Southern Wild.

Books: East of Eden, 1984, A River Runs Through It and Return of the Prodigal Son are some books that I've read recently and enjoyed greatly.
