i listen to love songs and sing them to myself. when I am not sticking to the daily schedule of balancing work & son I like to relax with a book or knitting, beer with friends during happy hour, go see an interesting local show, planning my next goal, working on a goal. MOSTLY I am trying to stay busy unless I hurt my back or am flowing - then I like to sit still and zone out.
