to find a place with wonderful people, usable public transportation, queer dance parties, and delcious (vegan) food

ABOUT ME

we are a couple originally from the united states who met while at art school and loved living in a city until we decided we couldn't do it any more because we wanted open space and green things and mountains and waterfalls. so we decided to come to new zealand in search of all those things and certainly found them. but after nearly a year we are excited to be moving on again. this time we're headed back to the states (and canada too!) to try and find a place to call home for a while.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

for now, we are traveling and so we mostly participate by meeting awesome CS hosts but hopefully soon we will have a place (and a couch!) and will be able to meet other surfers that way

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

we've WWOOFed for the past year (working on organic farms and gardens in exchange for food and a place to stay) and met lots of great people growing lots of wonderful things. not quite couch surfing, but almost the same.
