ABOUT ME

Its hard to descride one's self but here's how I think: I know I have a passion for new experiences, and I'm always searchig for more info on what exactly. Telling me I can't do something, ensures it will be done. I value pragmatism to the point of procrastination. I like to argue a point even if I know it has no real basis in actual fact. I wish America had publicly funded elections and more than a two party system. I'm prejudiced against people who don't recycle. I enjoy physical labor. I dislike wilful ignorance. Dogs are my favorite animal- except dogs that are smaller than cats, they are unnatural and disturbing. I believe humans are generally more good than bad- with a few notable exceptions; Hitler, Roger Ailes, Tony Hayward, etc. In the past people have told me that I'm happy, fun, intelligent, oblivious, weird, blunt, a mediocre guitar player, and an excellent cook.

I'm brand new to this! My rommates had profiles and we hosted a couple great people so I joined up. What an amazing community!

Interests

I very much enjoy skiing, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, camping, growing food, drinking wine, playing cribbage, listening to jazz, watching or participating in musical theatre, discussing politics, reading the news, and streaming video from the internet.
