I love traveling and meeting new people. It's often difficult to get an authentic experience in a new place, so staying with a local can really make the time spent there so much more memorable and amazing! Plus, I love to make friends and connections all over the world. I haven't couch surfed yet but I've used AirBnB in Tokyo and Busan.
