ABOUT ME

I currently live in Chicago with my boyfriend and baby cat, Puff who I adopted in 2014 and she's changed my life! I'm obsessed. :)

I love being active and being outside as often as possible, hiking, swimming, photography etc.

Loyalty and trust are very important to me so if you are my friend I will go out of the way to help you or be there for you no matter what. I am really into trying new things and exploring.

I was fortunate enough to live abroad twice. Once in London while I was in school and more recently in Holland for a year. I have been all over Europe but now I hope to extend my reach to Asia and South America.

I have met people that have introduced me to new things I now treasure. Some of the best experiences I have had were with people I met traveling!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Even if I cannot host you I would love to meet up if I have the time! We can get coffee/wine/beer, share a meal or just be tourists.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with three people so far and both experiences were amazing. I love meeting people who live in the city who can tell me things I wouldn't normally know as a tourist. Each host was different and I loved getting to know all of them. I really think this is the best way to travel and create friendships, isn't that what its all about?!!

Interessi

Huge into sports and staying fit and healthy. I am outside as much as possible when the weather is nice!

I also have a passion and curiosity for baking yet it does not seem to love me back. I am always trying to make my favorite recipes but in a more healthy way. Self control is non-existent when it comes to sweets :)

Musica, film e libri

I listen to all genres of music. Everything from Frank Sinatra to Hardwell and Beyonce.

I love to read. If I find a good book I will read it in all my free time usually finishing it within a few days.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I lived in London for about 6 months and the Royal wedding happened while I was there. I camped out at Buckingham Palace with my friends and saw the balcony kiss. One of the best experiences!

I also celebrated the first Koningsdag (King's Day) and the Coronation of Willem-Alexander in Amsterdam in 2013!

I am passionate about traveling and going deeper into the culture and really getting to know my host. We are the future and need to preach Global responsibility. Best way to do that is to better understand each other!
