INGRID & BENOIT IN A NUSHELL
After being together for 10 years, we decided to further explore the world and went on an intense round the world trip of 120 days end of 2015, where we visited many countries, met so many interesting people and discovered so much wonderful things. We are now happily married, and still craving for more adventures and discoveries !

Meet new people, discover new places and cultures, experience food & wine from all around the world, hike as many mountains as possible, write about all our adventures on the blog, create new recipes inspired by the world cuisine ... get out of our comfort zone as many times as possible !

ABOUT US
We are a funny and talkative couple, who love to travel and share experiences with people from all around the globe.

We are passionate about food and wine, always chasing down restaurants and local food specialties, tasting and learning about local wines, and cooking as much as we can.

We like to go to concerts or go out for a drink, but we also do enjoy a bit of quiet once in a while :-)

We are an eco-friendly couple, trying to diminish our carbon footprint as much as we can . We do so by eating almost no meat anymore (flexitarian diet, meaning we allow meat on occasion but 80% of our diet is vegetarian / vegan based), consuming local and organic food, trying to produce as less waste as we can (zero waste) by buying stock food & composting ... we care a lot about the environment.

We like meeting new people and sharing our culture with our fellow couchsurfers. Always keen to show the little hidden places to our guests, and cook out of the books recipes to our hosts :-)

Both hosts and guests, both wonderful experiences. CS is the perfect way to immerse yourself in local's culture ... we just love it !
