Hi, i'm a 25 year old guy who got bored with the 6-4 work days and the same boring routines, so i upped and got rid of my house and sold all my stuff, quit my job and now plan on enjoing the world for a few years, i travel with nothing but my backpack and go wherever the people i meet take me,

i have traveled alot before but nothing as extensive as this and every day i walk around, seeing new places and meeting new people i think back on that moment when i decided on this trip and rejoice in the fact that i get to spend my days traveling and doing something i love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing was introduced to me from a traveling buddy of mine on a bar in Oslo and i found the idea great, it can help me out alot since i dont have a great fund to take from and live on working myself through each country this became another way for me to meet and greet fantastic new people.

Interests

I am of corse a great travelling lover and like to partake in anything i have not tried before, be it food, customs or festivals.
I am a very social person and like meeting new people and learn what others
have done with there lives.
Atop of this i am a huge fantasy enthusiast when it comes to almost anything, from boardgames, to books, movies or series, i enjoy almost all forms of fictional related skip di does.
The japanese sub culture that started conventions has also always been a big part of my life and i have both worked and visited countles of countries exercising this great festivitie.

Music, Movies, and Books

The greates book series of all time acording to me are
the great works of J.RR Tolkien wich captured me when i was young and introduced me to a whole other world.
The fantastic series of Harry potter wich gave my youth a sparkling element
and me and my friends alot to talk about.
And last but not least, the fantastic work by Terry Goodkind wich shaped my adulthud and set the life principles i try to live by today.

When it comes to music im a sort of everything goes as long as it's music.
i have a hard time enjoyin R&B and Death Metal, but hey maybe somebody can prove me differently so i'm not biased.
I prefere orchestral music over most and like litsening to works of Howard shore and John powell. but with my background in music and my few DJ exploits i know every music type has its element.

As for movies the same thing applies. i look at almost anything, as long as it has a good storie and for me i like it to have good music than anything goes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I crossed the stormy sea between England and Ireland. when i entered Dublin bay for the first time and saw the raw cliffs, the green hills. the sun blazing high in the sky and the wind blowing so strong it felt like you could almost fly. thats when i realized were the first fantasy world originated from, it was like being placed in one of old man tolkines books again eccept this was real.

I dont really know what to put here other than to say that i think that i have alot to give, alot of funny stories to tell and a pair of working hands that loves to learn new things.
