Laid back, like to sleep late-ish, like to nap in the afternoon. Addicted to coffee. Vegetarian. Transplant from the US, now my husband and I have moved to Berlin.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't like to pack the day with tons of tourist attractions. I like to see the sites at a slow pace. Then hang over coffee or a beer, preferably with some locals!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Even though I have been technically a member for a while, I am actually a newbie when it comes to using the site and when it comes to traveling as well. I decided to take another look at this site and can not believe how many additions have been made over the past 5 years. Kudos!

Music: Alternative rock (punk, emo etc.) anything done by Mike Patton, rockabilly, classical, jazz, classic r&b (James Brown, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder etc.) geting into bluegrass ( Ilove the banjo!).Books: Me Talk Pretty Someday (or anything Dave Sedaris, Fountainhead (or anything Ayn Rand) To be honest, I'm not well read. I don't watch movies that often. If I watch a movie I prefer comedy or horror films. Anyone know of any actual scary movies? I really like listening to music and have my whole life.
