I am Canadian by birth and Portuguese by blood. I graduated from chefs school when I was 19. Very out-going person who wants to take more risks in life. I believe we can only grow and learn by taking steps out of our comfort zone. I moved to Nazare to be closer to my family here. I would love to host and meet new people and listen to there travel stories. My job is to make you feel like we have known each other our whole lives!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here to host anyone who is passing by Nazare,Portugal. I believe this is a beautiful place to visit. It's so vibrant and the culture is like no other. I am proud to have parents who come from here. I also like meeting people from where ever. I do hope to travel a bit more in the near future and will use couch surfing to meet others during my travels.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do listen to a variety of music, but mostly country.
I enjoy any movie, even cheesy low budget movies...just to have a laugh.
Most books I own are cooking books or autobiographies. I wish I had more time for reading but if I can host as many people as I can, there is no need for books since I get to hear all these amazing stories and adventures that others have gone through.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The coolest thing I have done is work on a cruise ship. I travelled the world and the seven seas. Sailing across the Atlantic was an experience I will never forget.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a big foodie!So if you know how to cook i would love to host you. Learning more about different cuisines is on my bucket list. But of course if you can't cook that is no problem, I would still love to show you around Nazare. I love to just chill on the beach with a cold beer in my hand watching the sunset. I like to play the guitar so if you been playing for awhile and can teach me, that would be a bonus.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can show around Nazare, if I have a day off I will be able to cook dinner for us. I can teach my hosts about both Portugal and Canada.
