I'm Ellen, a 25 year old Dutchie from a city close to Amsterdam. After finishing my bachelor in Computer Science, I left for Australia in December 2016. I have traveled around for a year and saw nearly the whole amazing country. I have also travelled around beautiful New Zealand for 6.5 weeks. I ended my trip with 3.5 days in awesome Singapore.
Now I'm back home, started working fulltime and moved to Amsterdam. I'm settled and would love to host someone every now and again :)
I am open to last minute requests, so just message me if anything went wrong and you really need a safe place to crash.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet locals, discover the great (hidden) spots in a city, learn about other people's lives and save money in the process. Now that I'm back home and settled I hope to give others the great experiences I've had.

Interests

I love various types of music, from Dancehall and Reggaeton to African, Hiphop, RnB and more. Music festivals with friends in the summer and going out and dancing all night are great. I'm also a series addict, I watch way to much to write down haha and I love movies too.
I definitely caught the travel bug when I left to go see the world and I will always go traveling when I can from now on. Scuba diving is my most recent passion, the Great Barrier Reef, Poor Knights and Ningaloo Reef were amazing :D
