Overview
About Me
Hi! My name is Liora, I‘m a recent graduate and I want to see the world!
I‘m planning to slow travel around Europe and visit friends along the way, and hopefully make some new ones :) Maybe that could be you?
I‘m adventurous and want to experience as much as I can! But I‘m also careful and considerate and I like quiet time, reading, writing and cooking.
I love talking to people, and learning about them and their life. I always enjoy meeting strangers, and although it can be intimidating, people are so interesting, and I love listening and making these connections.
I love animals, nature, not being on my phone, food, getting to know other cultures, and people that are interested and passionate. I hope I can meet you and make some amazing memories!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would like to gain another form of insight into the places I am visiting that you don‘t get staying in a hostel or a hotel! It would be amazing to meet locals and get their insider knowledge on the area and culture, to see places that might otherwise be missed. I also want to learn about their life experiences and see how they are navigating the world.
Interests
I love doing Tai Chi and Yoga, combining mental and physical health. I love cooking, plants and nature and enjoy being outdoors. I like animals and meeting people, and learning new things.

Music, Movies, and Books
The last book I read was „Breasts and Eggs“ by Mieko Kawakami which was so good! I don‘t watch a lot of movies and I‘m always ridiculed by my friends for not knowing any actors… but I enjoy most types of cinema, maybe mostly slice-of-life kind of movies, or documentaries! Anything that has beautiful cinematography too.
With Music I‘m not very picky, I‘m open to most things! Anything chill that you can relax and dance to.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went on a cultural exchange to Germany during my studies. That was an invaluable experience, the people I met were amazing and learning to live in another country was very valuable.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach cooking and baking, as well as English or German and some French. I would like to learn about other cultures and gain insights, such as food, arts, culture and language.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am a good cook and happy to help out with meals. I‘m flexible, accomodating and clean, and I will do my best to adapt to your lifestyle. I would be happy to support household chores. And I can share my company, for games or movies, or to go out and have an experience together!
