One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was fifteen I used some inheritance money to travel to the island of Grenada for 1 week by myself. I needed to get away. Talk about self reflection.

I am dabbling in Tai Chi as well as Reiki lately... all that energetic stuff really gets me going.

I feel that sharing all kinds of experiences and moments usually involves a healthy dose of both learning and teaching.
