Overview
About Me
Natural. Compassionate. Thinking. Thoughtful. Lived on Big Island of Hawaii much of my life. Planted 1000+ trees, designed and built a handful of homes here. Botanist-type. Artist of depths. Conversational if you prompt me. A good listener and counselor. I'm forever curious about the people, anything human-interest is fascinating to me. Health and wellness in all forms are super important. I moved to the Big Island at 19 years old and have experienced relocating due to lava flows. I also live part-time in Santa Fe, New Mexico where I have 3 casitas. I crave the big city life at times. I hope to see more of the world in the coming years.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I thought it might be a great way to travel, at least some of the time. I like to meet people who are that open to meeting virtual strangers and cultivate trust in humanity. Hotels and such can be lonely and expensive. I can host, but hope to build a guest house, though I do have a gorgeous lofty loft here in SE Big Island of Hawaii (Kalapana).
