Hi. I'm Lisa from Ireland. I'm currently visiting Korea with my fiancé Dara while we await out Chinese visas to go and teach! We are easygoing and fun. I love to cook and Dara tells jokes. We love to explore and learn and are happy to provide English lessons and European cooking to our hosts!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Our visas are taking longer than expected to process so we are looking for a more economical way to stay in beautiful Korea! Also, I used to live with three Koreans in Ireland and we had so much fun but have lost contact. I need more Koreans in my life!

Interests

I love to cook! And I miss it since leaving my Irish kitchen. Dara loves rugby and is also missing it badly. We both love films and comedy, and we have film degrees (that we don't use).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I fell asleep before take off on a flight from LA to Dublin. I woke up 10 hours later asleep on my neighbours shoulder. I was delighted. I'm not sure how he felt.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a pretty decent cook and would love to use a kitchen if you would let me! We're both qualified and experienced English teachers, so maybe you would like some English lessons instead? We're also just happy to help out with most things.
