Hello,
I'm Lisa, I live in Glastonbury, where I have been taking care of a water temple for the last 15 years with my husband Max Goodwin. We have just started travelling after 30 yrs raising 4 children . Our travel blog is reallywannago.com you can find out more about us there.

I am an elder Bard of Glastonbury. I have a TEFL diploma and with Max, I'm currently starting a School teaching creative language through poetry, storytelling and gaming. Max is an experienced DM Games Director. He is also a chef and I am a pretty good baker, so we love to cook and learn new recipes and cooking techniques. We have worked in hospitality for over 30 years.

We have a young attitude to life, we love to learn, play and have fun. We are also reiki masters and vortexhealers. I am a Firewalking instructor. We have a down to earth and grassroots spirituality that we follow that is open and flows with the principle of "For the Love of It!"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are discovering sacred landscapes, learning about magic and mysticism in different cultures. We are interested in developing role-play games based in the lands we visit to help people learn English, develop social skills and interact with different cultures.

Looking forward to meeting new people and finding out what is sacred to them in their own mythology and landscape.
