To be a traveler...not a tourist. I don't want to find myself living in Hotels and B&B's ticking off the tourist list. Instead, I want to be engulfed by another human being's culture, way of life, belief system, friends, family, routine, lifestyle.....to learn from others, grow with them and explore with them....and hopefully I can return the favour for many Couchsurfers when I'm back home in Cape Town

My circle of friends and our shared love for music and all the simple, most beautiful things are the highlight of my life. We spend our weekends away in amazing destinations in and around beautiful Cape Town and Johannesburg....being involved in our incredible music scene and exploring our amazing country.

I have deep love for electronic music - from house to techno, drum n bass, synth pop, disco, experimental, electronica, I also love alternative of the 90's, jazz, good old swing, the poprock of the 60's, hip hop and a bit of funk never hurt anyone either

The aim here is to travel the world, learning the dances native to each different country or city that I visit. Learning about the rituals and origins behind those dances, how they came about and how they are practiced today. To connect with the world through dance and hopefully spread a bit of its joy to the people I meet along my travels
