I love to travel and experience other cultures, as well as meet new people, make new connections, and hear about other perspectives and life experiences. I'm involved in ecology and environmental activism, and have some experience in organic farming, so I try to make sure my travel is eco-friendly and creates as little of an economic and environmental strain as possible, so I prefer to stay with hosts and locals when I travel as well as take public transport and generally be respectful of the natural landscape.

As a hobby, I teach beginning piano, voice, and ukulele- I always love to jam with other musicians or host an impromptu singalong.
