About Me
Currently in my second year of university as an English major & my favorite subject so far was Sociolinguistics.
I am very laid-back and open-minded but may take some time to warm up to new people. But, once I start to get comfortable, you may be in for a little surprise!
I don't think I'm a great conversationalist, but I love to listen and entertain other people's stories.
I enjoy visiting cafes, old and historical places or buildings, museums and take pictures with my phone.
Traveling solo has always been a dream of mine, I don't know, it just seems so romantic to be in a new place all by yourself and just trying to blend in!

Music, Movies, and Books
Coldplay, The Script, Nothing But Thieves, One Ok Rock, Oh Wonder, ABBA, Aerosmith, Mr. Big, K- Indie, K-Pop (the list goes on & on, let's just say I listen to almost any kind of music)
Harry Potter franchise, Shrek franchise & starting to get myself into the Marvel Universe (Iron Man is my favorite!)
Cecelia Ahern's books, manga, YA, self-help books, anything that might interest me or stimulate my mind
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Stayed up all night finishing a 10-page assignment due the next morning with my friend... over Skype while I was back home in Sabah and her in Kuala Lumpur!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd be more than happy to share anything about Malaysia to the best of my abilities.
I'm not good at it but I do love to cook so I'd love to learn how to cook a local dish from my hosts, it doesn't even have to be fancy! If you like to cook then I'm ready to be your helping hand in the kitchen.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My unique culture as a Malaysian but also as a Dusun native from Sabah.
My experiences (although I might not have many)
My below-than-average cooking skills- if you're willing enough to try! I can also lend you a helping hand in the kitchen.
My uttermost respect for the rules in your house.
And of course my gratitude for sharing your house with me :)
