Hey there!

I'm a 20 year old student from Austria looking forward to meeting new people, getting to know other cultures and having the time of my life! :)

Together with a good friend of mine, I'm currently planning a trip trough Switzerland and France. We're going by train and want do do some couchingsurfing and stay at farms as sustainability is very important for us. Without a healthy planet, it's impossible to live a healthy life. Furthermore, we absolutly want to do some Couchsurfing as this is, in our opinion, the best way to get to know a city properly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend of mine who I met during a stay in France recommended me Couchsurfing and so here I am :))

I don't just want to visit other cities, I want to get to know them and feel them. Couchsurfing offers a perfect possibility to see behind the tourist hot spots :)

Interests

I'm a really active, nature-loving person who loves doing sports like jogging, riding my bike, hiking and, over all, doing yoga.

Furthermore I'm really into music, I play the clarinet and the bassoon. I love singing as well though I'm not quite the best singer.

I'm really passionated for languages, at university I'm taking courses in french and spanish but I'm always open to something new :)

Music, Movies, and Books

To be honest I really hate the question about my favourite music, film and so on because I never know what to answer...
My taste in music isn't really exciting, I listen mostly to pop and rock (but not the hard-style one)
I read different genres and like many films (unless they aren't too brutal or scary...)

One thing I have to admit is that I'm a big fan of disney films and Harry Potter... Things that remained from my childhood :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- looking after two kids on a french farm at the Côte d'Azur - but literally in the middle of nowhere with rain shower, dry toilet and a few rats living in our outdoor kitchen

- taking part in an european youth conference in brussels

- getting lost in the Austrian Alps

I really enjoy cooking vegetarian and vegan meals and I'd love to discover the way of cooking in other countries as well as sharing my own knowledge.
