About Me
Hi! We are a couple from Japan on our honeymoon and currently backpacking around the world 🌍
We’re on a long-term trip to explore cultures, meet locals, and experience life in different places.
We travel light, love nature, local food, and simple living.
We’re tidy, respectful, and open to new experiences.
This is our first time using Couchsurfing and we’re excited to connect with people who enjoy cultural exchange.
Thanks for reading, and hope to meet you during our journey!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: We enjoy listening to American music, especially pop and rock. We also love discovering new songs while traveling.
Movies: We like American movies — both classics and new releases.
Books: We're big fans of anime and manga. We really enjoy stories with unique art and creative worlds.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing things we've done was joining a safari tour in Kenya. It was our first time seeing wild animals like lions, elephants, and giraffes up close in their natural environment. The feeling of watching the sunrise over the savannah while hearing the sounds of wildlife was unforgettable. It made us feel small in the vastness of nature, and incredibly grateful for the experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach:
We can teach some basic Japanese language, introduce Japanese culture, and maybe show you how to make simple Japanese dishes like miso soup or onigiri!
Learn:
We love learning about local cultures, everyday life in different countries, and trying traditional food. We're also interested in learning a few words of your language!
Share:
We’re happy to share stories from our travels, talk about life in Japan, and exchange ideas and experiences over a good meal or walk. We enjoy open-minded conversations and cultural exchange.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We would love to share our stories from traveling around the world on our honeymoon. We can also share some aspects of Japanese culture, cook simple Japanese meals like miso soup or onigiri, and teach a bit of Japanese language.
Most of all, we’re happy to share time together — whether it’s talking, cooking, exploring your city, or just relaxing.
We believe Couchsurfing is not just about a free place to stay, but about connecting with people and creating memories together.
