我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I had pretty good experiences with couch surfing last summer when a friend of mine and me traveled through out Southeast Asia and I would like to continue with more great experiences. I think CS is a great opportunity to meet people from all over the world and to get in touch with different cultures and mindsets.

When it comes to music, all that matters to me is that I can sing the songs I listen to while driving - eventough I'm not a good singer at all.
I'm more into series (Grey's Anatomy!) than movies, but I like movies with 'social critical/dramatical' messages or topics like The Notebook, Me before you, La vita è bella and so on.
I love to read thrillers, e.g. the ones from Chris Carter, Karin Slaughter, Cody McFadyen, Simon Becket, .. preferable while laying in a hammock at the beach.

- hiking an active volcano in Guatemala
- driving a scooter during a downpour in northern Thailand and many other so called adventures
Apart from that working with people with dementia as my profession is the most enriching thing I've ever done.

I like cooking and try out new dishes, my friends love my scrambled eggs and I could teach you how to do them (even though it's not that difficult..). I could teach you as well some german and something about dementia, if you're interessted. I'm a good listener and I can share some of my travell experiences, also I'm always curious about yours.
