Hello :-)

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Social Work and would love to have a career in helping marginalised groups of people and contributing to social change. I want to travel and learn about all kinds of cultures and countries, because there is so much more out there! I have recently realised that there is more to life than just working and paying bills and I am very eager to hear stories from people all over the world!

I am very polite and respectful and also tidy.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I see couch surfing as a way to jump into someone else's shoes and learn more about different cultures around the world! At the moment i have not travelled very far but I hope that I will be able to some day. I am currently planning a trip to Europe with my friend and we are very excited to spend 6 weeks experiencing life in a different way from Australia :-)

兴趣

I really enjoy music, I play the drums and I love to watch other people play their music! I would love to learn how to play another instrument some day.
I also love hearing about other peoples' life experiences. I enjoy enjoying scenery and attractions but also learning about the history behind them.

I enjoy a range of music, my favourite bands include: Sleater-Kinney, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, The Dresden Dolls, Tegan and Sara, Le Tigre, Queen, Radiohead etc. I also enjoy Amanda Palmer, Regina Spektor, Joni Mitchell.

My favourite movies include: The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Gia, and Girl Interrupted.

My favourite books are Unbearable Lightness by Portia de Rossi, Hunger Makes Me A Modern Girl by Carrie Brownstein, and The Art of Asking by Amanda Palmer.

I met Angelina Jolie and that was pretty amazing! I have also played a song with one of my favourite musicians which was also incredible.
