Hi there! Like many other people on this site, I love seeing and experiencing the world. I'm an open and curious person but in a relatively quiet manner. I enjoy helping people out and learning about the world and the people living in it. I'm almost done with my Master Study at Wageningen University in the topic of Water Management. I traveled to multiple places in Europe during my study time (like Iceland, France and Spain, and in my free time I've visited Finland, England and Greece!) and for my internship I spent some time in Burkina Faso!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Why would I lock myself up in a hotel room where I am less likely to make unforgettable friends? I am a total novice to couch surfing, but Couchsurfing sounds like an adventure which will make my trip more valuable. I hope to make friends with Couchsurfing and to find a home away from home.

Foremost, I'm a music lover. I like a bit of singing myself, and I play some piano as well. I listen to rather mixed music. I like some rock, indie, alternative and punk music, but also some drum and bass, soundtrack music, and pop. I enjoy a concert every now and then, usually from bands and artists I already love. For example: Marina and the Diamonds, Frank Turner, Sum 41, Lindsey Stirling and Imagine Dragons.

I'm more a series person than a film person. In general I like fantasy and superhero movies a lot. A sappy romance or romcom is also amazing every now and then. I haven't watched a lot of classics, so I'm trying to catch up on those nowadays. For series, I'm into these genres as well. Currently I'm hooked up to the DC series of The Flash and Supergirl. I'm also watching every single episode of Scrubs at the moment (except I think I'm skipping the last season, since it's "just not the same" according to people who have finished it)

I'm not much of a book person anymore, but I've read some fantasy books in the past. I mostly don't know what to read nowadays and I never make time for reading.
