ABOUT ME

Nice to meed you:P

I'm Lisa, a Dutch girl from Amsterdam.
(I really love this city there is so much to do: theaters, musea, cool parties and its stacked with young people as there are two big uni's and lots of colleges)so come see Amsterdam if you can;-)!
Some of my friends told me about this website they surfed couches in Marocco and were so enthausiastic.
I really love the idea of getting to see things other than those in my lonely planet when travelling and would love to show you the real Holland has got more to offer than van Gogh and joints:P in return.
I haven't lived in Holland all my life, but also studied in China for two years and will go and study in Prague for a few months after this summer (I'm so excited to go and get to know new people and the city; I've started to learn Czech already;-)But first I'm off to Indonesia with my good friends Merel and Thomas (think they're both on couchsurfing aswell)

Aside from travelling I really love to do sports (hiking, rowing, dancing, hockey, skeeing, and I've promissed myself this summer I will finally manage to keep standing on a surfboard:P)and I really like to cook big dinners with my friends and eat and talk all night or go clubbing. I'm also a big fan of music festivals(just chilling and checking out bands so nice;-))

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazing thing I've ever done is my volunteer work with kids people called them "problem child". Not because of what I did, but because of all the things I learned and because they are just cool and I love working with them.

The most amazing country I have ever seen is North Korea, almost noone gets in or out, so its simply amazing to be there. That and its completely different from anything I have ever seen and will see probably.
