ABOUT ME

I'm traveling Canada at the moment so I'm not able to host :(

I moved back from Arkansas after a year voluntary work at the Heifer Ranch to Germany in September 2012 to start studying landscape ecology at the University in Muenster. After one Year in Münster i decided to do an ERASMUS year in Östersund, fell in love with the place and switched Universities. After living in Sweden for three years and graduating i decided to travel some before i will start the master in Ecodesign next year. So Canada, i am stoked to get to know you!

I love to travel and i'm trying to get the most out of it as possible. Connecting it with outdoor sports is always my goal and so far i was able to create some beautiful memories!
Other than that...i love to have good conversation with people and to make friends all around the world!

Since i'm traveling at the moment i mostly surf but once i'm settled i'm happy to host!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First Couchsurfing experience at the Courthouse CO-OP in Memphis, Tennessee! Really nice and open People!

I stayed with Garry in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He was an awesome host and hade some crazy storys to tell!

Wonderful experience in Florence with Sarina.

2 stays with the great Giulio in Stockholm.

Last couch surf was with Nicolai in Kopenhagen!

UPDATE:

One night with Mister Olli in London (Hugs to you!)

And 3 nights in Barcelona with the greatest Skater and the most laid back person ever: Stefan!

I hosted Max a couple nights in Östersund and have to say that his Pancakes where extremely delicious!

Interessen

My sparetime is full of crafty things. I love to draw, sing, play the piano & guitar, knit, chrochet, make jewlery, write letters, build things...just being creativ.
Also i'm a big fan of hiking, backpacking, yoga, camping, rock climbing all that kind of stuff.

Oh and I'm crazy about boards. I snowboard, wake and longboard and started surfing not too long ago! Kiting is my next goal.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music: I basically like any kind of music. Right now i really enjoy electronic and minimal tec like ODESZA, Grimes, The XX, James Blake or Dotstripe. But i also love acoustic and i'm a big Fan of Bonobo, Iron & Wine, Jordan Klassen, Xavier Rudd, Daugther or Bon Iver. Sometimes i enjoy Classical or Rap and when i'm snow or long boarding....i might listen to some metal.

Movies: I Origins, Another World, The Dreamers, The Tree of Life, Heartbreaker, The Future, MARVEL!

Books: I'm really into Biographies and books based on true stories.

Well..i do know how to knit, crochet & sew, I also taught a lot of people some german, how to open a beer bottle with a spoon, how to make T-Shirt yarn and some yoga!
