Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I both offer my couch (or better: a mattress) to dear and interesting guests and use the offers of others for traveling myself.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have made my first couchsurfing experience two or three weeks ago while visiting a friend in Russia. We stayed one night in Vladimir with a very kind and likable girl and her family. Then we travelled to Moscow where we had another couch surfer who hosted us well. We also met several persons who could not give us a couch but showed us nice places to be in the big city and were open for an interesting and exchanging talk in a café house or a theatre. I really like this way of travelling it is more real and personal than staying in a hostel.
