I'm nearly allways full of a little to much energy, so that I realy need to move or to make some sports every day. But afer getting my necessary exercise I'm also able to stay a bit calm and to just hang around. Sometimes I need to stay alone, but the most of the time I prefere to stay in company.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I already host couchsurfers of my flatmate or a friend in my house and we allways have had a good time together... But up to right now I didn't made the experience to be the Couchsurfer - what I hope to change right know!
