ABOUT ME

I am a bunch of paradoxes rolled into one. I am passionate about family, friends, learning, traveling, the environment and life. I was raised as a mountain girl and love the outdoors, more to the point I find my center in nature. I love to travel and have been to 15 countries so far and counting. I am a yoga instructor, not currently teaching, but find peace in a daily practice of my own. I believe in honesty and empathy as a way of being and am just very happy and thankful for who and where I am…never complacent, always open, fiercely passionate.

PHILOSOPHY

My current philosophy can best be described by Gilda Radner...

"I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious ambiguity."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

spending a month in a buddhist monestary, the summer home of the Dalai Lama, studying yoga and meditation! I still am not sure I can describe it....
