ABOUT ME

I love music, I play guitar (or pretend to) and piano. I love to paint. I find peace both in long conversation as much as in the silences. I think everything is lovely or poetic or beautiful--the smell of a forest after the rain, gnarly trees, and old wrinkles. Sports are great fun, but I have a bad shoulder so I stick to swimming and hiking, mostly.

Hot showers in the winter make me happy. Cold ocean waves between my toes at the start of spring make me smile. One of the best moments is when sunshine peaks through light rain.
Partying all night and late breakfasts are always welcome.

PHILOSOPHY

Live in the moment, appreciate all experiences because hopefully we'll learn from it, or at least have a great time.

Interessi

I really like to learn and explore new ideas and places. I love to paint, swim, play piano, write, and party; I find a lot of things in life are fun.

Musica, film e libri

I like all music, most movies, and some books. Amelie, Donnie Darko, Silence of the Lambs, Pulp Fiction, Slackers, and Alice in Wonderland have dazzled my eyes. 'Tis and Angela's Ashes, and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest are a few of the treasured books on my shelves. Everything from Metric, Lady Gaga, MGMT, and Girltalk to the Beatles, Peter Paul and Mary, and Nat King Cole have taken my breath away.
