About Me
This is becoming a joint account with my boyfriend Charlie for an upcoming trip we have planned. We are currently on a mission to fill our lives with as much travel, culture and new experiences as possible. We are both positive, easy going and friendly people with a good sense of humor (we thing so anyway). We love new experiences, learning about different cultures and hearing adventures of other travelers.
We met while I (Lisa) was living in England on what started as a year of working and travelling and resulted in still being here 3 years later. After finding out we had a lot of life goals in common it wasn’t long until we started our travels together starting off with little city breaks as it is all we could fit in at the time as Charlie was still working in the Royal Navy and annual leave proved to be difficult to coordinate. Now that Charlie is doing his final notice we have booked a one way ticket to Bangkok hoping to live out of backpacks for a good while and soak up all the wonderful things that South East Asia has to offer.
We are so excited to start this adventure and hope to meet a few of you along the way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We are setting off in August on a big adventure through South East Asia and hope to meet people from the couchsurfing community and even stay on the occasional spare bed, couch or floor.
At the moment we cannot provide a couch, Sorry :(
However message us to catch up or with any travel questions you may have about Australia/Engalnd and we would be happy to help!
Interests
Other than travelling we have a lot of interests. I (Lisa) love scuba diving and already have big plans to get Charlie qualified whilst abroad. Charlie enjoys photography and can average an impressing 600 photos a day whilst we are on holidays. We both love cooking so any opportunity to try and learn a new dish is always well received.
