Overview
About Me
Love to laugh and love to live. Trying to make most of my life while also chilling (couldn't quite figure out how to do it yet ^^)
I'm an incurable optimist. I don't necessarily believe in a meaning of life, but I love to give different meanings to (my) life and enjoy it as much as I can.
I should mention that I don't eat meat (which includes fish). But feel free to eat whatever you feel like when you're staying at my house, I try not be a moralist ;-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To get to know people from all over the world and share experiences and sweet moments of life.
-- I know, this is the typical thing you read in this section --
Actually, it was my English teacher in secondary school who told us about this website. Since then, the idea was stuck in my head and as soon as I was old/independent enough I started surfing and when I had my first own space I started hosting.
Heim kommt man nie. Aber wo befreundete Wege zusammenlaufen, da sieht die ganze Welt für eine Stunde wie Heimat aus. // One never reaches home, but wherever friendly paths intersect the whole world looks like home for a time.
~ Hermann Hesse (Demian) ~
Interests
I like to move around (dancing and sports) but I also like to do quiet stuff like watching movies, playing board games or have a good read.
Oh and I'm sorry, but I love to talk; I love discussions about pretty much any topic (No worries, I'm always trying to be a good listener as well ^^).
Last, but not least, I'm interested in alternative economic concepts and lifestyles (solidarity and community-based etc.)
- writing
- dancing
- cooking
- movies
- reading
- traveling
- music
- surfing
- skiing
- sports
- tennis
- languages

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
admit my own mistakes
Teach, Learn, Share
Psychology, Cooking, Languages and Cultural habits; views (Weltanschauungen), History, Politics ...
all of this goes for teaching, learning, and sharing, since these 3 concepts are so related anyways
I love to learn new things in general, I'm especially into languages and culture
Oh and I'd love to get more into yoga :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
mi buena onda (haven't found a good translation yet - maybe good vibes?)
And since I love to cook I can also prepare food for my hosts :)
