I thought I'd join this site as I like meeting new people and travelling alike. I love Cardiff, the city I currently live in, and would be happy to show people around.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd be very happy to show you where to get the best hot chocolate/cider in Cardiff, join you on an open top bus ride and a tour of the best old man pubs (my favourite kind). I can also show you the castle, gig venues and my favourite part of the city which are the plentiful and beautiful parks.

I've been flat sharing to date but will be getting my own place complete with a good sofa next week, so will be happy to host once my boxes are unpacked!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love watching films, some favourites include 28 Weeks Later, Soulboy, Stranger than Fiction, Biutiful, High Fidelity, Submarine, 500 Days of Summer.
I love all of Dan Rhodes' novels, particularly Little Hands Clapping. I also love Charles Bukowski, Kurt Vonnegut, Jeanette Winterson and lots of Welsh authors from the 1940s through to the 70s. I've just started reading the Pan Horror collection.
I'm a massive music fan. I particularly enjoy intimate gigs in little bars, dinginess preferable, hopefully rock, indie, folk, alt country or electro.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Scuba diving in the Red Sea - an amazing trip! (During which I acquired two black eyes whilst underwater, but that's another story...)
