Hoi! I'm Lisanne, but you can call me Lili if the pronunciation of Lisanne escapes you (or if you find it too long, it's up to you). My main interest in life at the moment is performing arts, whether that is theatre, film, conceptual, being part of the process or going to watch other people's creations, it's all my jam. Within that line of thought I believe that everything in life is inspiration, which sounds suspiciously like no regrets, but I find more applicable. Not surprisingly I am a performing arts major, but I am also a literature major. Sadly I have heard of more books than I have actually read, and my reading list grows ever on, but one day maybe I'll get to the bottom of the one I have now!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I was first introduced to Couchsurfing through bloggers on various platforms and was immediately intrigued and charmed by the concept. I then forgot about it for a couple of years before stumbling upon it again recently, but now with the experience of visiting friends in their native homes, countries and cities. There is such a big difference between visiting a city with a local's knowledge to guide you and the traditional travel guides.
Although I get to meet a lot of people through my uni and other projects, I would always like to meet more!

I am not a person who is on a constant hunt to find new music, more that friend to whom everyone gives their recommendations. I appreciate everything from classical to modern pop.
I like most movie genres, except horror and thriller (how typical), although I'm going to have to watch a couple for Uni next semester...
