Depending on my mood, I listen to a certain style of music. I like almost any type of music. Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of latin, afrobeats and hiphop music.

I recently volunteered in a project organized by the Dutch government to help a Ghanaian entrepreneur produce corona masks as cost effective and sustainable as possible for the Ghanaian people.

I would be happy to let you taste my signature couscous or pasta! Though I have to warn you, I don’t cook dishes in a very traditional way, I like to experiment and mix different cuisines.
