I'm Lisa from Germany.

My current travel goal: I try to get to know Germany better! I have been traveling around the world, but there are so many great things to see in Germany as well. Maybe I can stay at your place in Germany?! =)

My last big adventure: more than a month in Svalbard for a University course in Feb 2019 :)
In Autumn 2018 I spent a great week in Bulgaria and 2 weeks in Egypt, which were both great experiences. I wish to go back soon!
In 2018 I spent 3 months traveling all the way from Guatemala to Colombia on land and a sailing boat crossing the carribean from Panama to Colombia. It was a great experience! I did some couchsurfing during this time in Guate and Colombia and met some people from CS in Panama. It was great to meet you all!
In 2017 i spent 3 months in Mexico, Belize and Guatemala backpacking. In 2016 I was living and traveling for 6 months in Asia, mainly Korea.

Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

Get to know the world, meet a lot of new people and get to know their culture. I experienced that it's mostly better to get recommendations from locals than just doing the touristic stuff ;-)
It's great to make friends all over the world.
I enjoyed Couchsurfing and CS meetings a lot on my journey through Asia and Latin America!

Travelling, hiking, skiing, swimming, beeing outdoor and experience new things. I love being in nature and it's somehow great that I can combine it very well with my studies in geography :)

In winter season I'm working as a skiteacher in an Austrian ski school. Although it is a tough job sometimes, I'm glad to teach people my favorite hobby.

Since autumn 2016 I'm learning Spanish.

Safari in Kenya and Namibia
An elephant walking on our campsite in Kenya silently was just amazing! And waking up in a tent with a perfect view of the snow covered Kilimanjaro is awesome.

Also climbing a glacier in Siberia will be always a great memory.
