I live for summer and those weeks or months when I can get a plane and break away from everything that ties me to "real life." Traveling wherever the wind blows during summer is what gets me through the other 10 months of the year.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I heard about it first from an English couchsurfer in Barcelona last summer. Sounded intruiging, but didn't give it much more thought. When I was back in New York, a friend of mine told he hosts people through couchsurfing and has a blast. I loved the sound of it - such a perfect solution. Everyone wins, and happy traveling people get to meet other happy people. I signed up that night!
