Hello ! I'm Lise, a French student, looking for a roof over my head and, above all, a friend to make the most of my trip!

I'm going to give you a brief presentation of myself so that you can all get to know me better!

So I'm Lise, I'm 22 years old, I've been studying in Strasbourg for a master's degree in International Relations for a few years now, and I'm currently planning to make one of my dreams come true and go hunting for the northern lights in the Lofoten Islands! I've decided to leave France by train to give myself a challenge and prove to myself that I can make great journeys in the plane ✈️ !

I love cooking, even more so if I know I'll be sharing my meal. I love trying out new recipes and seeing that people enjoy what I do. 🍳

I'm also passionate about crafts! I love expressing myself artistically, no matter what the result, be it beautiful, ugly, finished, never finished, functional or broken! 🎨

I'm a very sociable person and I like to get to know new people. I love going out, visiting cities and understanding the culture of the place I'm in, going for a beer with my friends, hanging out in front of a board game board in a game bar, or having a movie marathon night! 🍻

My way of visiting is to create a very precise itinerary and survey cities, mountains, seas from top to bottom, not respecting my itinerary at all haha! 🗺️

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did an internship in Canada, and took the opportunity to go and see the famous Niagara Falls. But it was the middle of winter and so cold that I couldn't think straight. I stopped at the first waterfall I saw, convinced it was Niagara. I was a little disappointed because these were relatively small compared to the image I had in my head of the falls. I felt pretty silly when I realized I'd come all this way only to miss the real falls by 1-2km 😭
