Hello everyone, I am Lisha from China and I have my Master in Germany. Now am doing exchange in Coimbra, Portugal. What I study is Intercultural German studies and Intercultural communication, so I am really into communicating with people all over the world, getting to know the culture and making friends with them!!! yay! I like traditional chinese Calligraphy and have learnt it for 17 years, now I am teaching portuguese students in Confusious Institut during the free time😊 I can good cooking hahaha and I love dumplings and hotpot😃 (and all different dessert😄) Sweet things make me happy! I have travelled to many different countries like Norway, Spain, France and so on😬 I enjoyed travelling and expericing something new!!! My lovely friends always said that I am warm, kind-hearted, friendly and funny😄when I met many difficulties, I can manage them with a great heart and my abilities. These days I watched a film called "about time" and it gives me more positive energy and tells me to value time to do more meaningful things. Haha so I am looking forward to having more friends through Couchsurfing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Getting to know Couchsurfing is all because of a friend, who used it for a long time and only travelled by Couchsurfing! After She told me the the travelling experiences, I regreted that I didn't know this earlier!!! So I join to use the app right now with full of excitement, because I want to see the world, get to know local people and have friends from all over the world. I would like to listen to their stories about life and learn from them. I can also share them my stories, meanwhile, they can say hi to Chinese culture😃 And all the "want" above is going to come true😝😝😝 I am looking foward to experience it!

I have lots of hobbys, enjoy to have new experiences, such as tasting special food, communicating with people from various culture backgrounds, learning new languages. Now I am in Portugal studying intercultural communication and learning Portuguese, these are wonderful😃 In addition, I really love Chinese traditional culture, so I have learned Calligraphy for 18 years😉 I am also fond of singing, hope to sing with you～Now I have travelled several countries, hope to travel more and have more friends, meanwhile, I like to watch movies, especially action and science fiction film😋 By the way, I am also a animal-person, favorite is panda baby

Music, Movies, and Books

Now I am reading "Murder on the Orient Express", can't stop!!! And the favorite one until now is "the kite runner", old one but has tender feelings. I really like the music of Maroon 5 and now I repeat "rise" from Jonas Blue and Jack& Jack. Talking about the films, I have watched a lot recently, I prefer " Bend it like Beckham" and "Dying to survive"! These are very good films!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best one is the volunteer thing! I took part in a volunteer programm to protect the lovely pandas in Ya'an Basement. Volunteers from various countries and I helped the breeders to take after the little panda babys and giant pandas. We cleaned the panda houses, split bamboos, fed the pandas five times per day and did presentation about pandas and panda protection for the tourists, especially kids.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook for you traditional Chinese dishes😬 like dumplings, Gongbao chicken and so on, in addition, we can have a nice talk when we meet each other😝 You can learn culture things and different life experiences from me😀
