I am a circus student living in England for a little more than a year now. I originally grew up in Brazil (and that's where my family is now) and have done circus for quite a while now.. I'm also really interested in nutrition and well-being. Will be great if we can swap some knowledge at any point :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I was little my family and I would always go travelling, from short weekends to long-distance travelling! I first went to the beach when I was a month old and I first went camping when I was six months old. So this passion only grew as the years went by and I started travelling by myself in Europe since I've been living here. I had never travelled on my own before and it was an amazing experience, and I met some incredible and inspiring people along the way. This is why I think couchsurfing is so fantastic! You get the chance to meet different people, different cultures, languages, values and ways of seeing life and share a few moments with them, in their own routines and their own homes. .

Interests

So I am an aspiring circus performer who adores eating, cooking and anything that might be related to that. I am vegetarian, so other than meat I eat pretty much anything (mainly loads of fruit and vegetables..). I really enjoy singing, I have just started learning how to play the guitar and I like to take pictures as a hobby - especially when I'm travelling. On my free time I like to read, do nothing, go out and feel the sun for a bit, hang out with friends and family and have a nice relaxing time with them!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I started teaching circus when I was 15 in my home town! It was amazing to be able to teach, help, guide and be an inspiration for my students as well as seeing their progress throughout the years.. It's truly gratifying to see you've actually changed someone's life even if just a little!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can definitely teach you some circus! And we could do some cooking together, that would be very nice :) I can also teach you a little Portuguese/English and I really want to get my French better. Would be more than happy to exchange any kind knowledge with my host!
