ABOUT ME

I was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia! It's on the east coast of Canada! I love to talk! from pop culture (the underground gossip to the main stream) to a bit of politics to conspiracy theories! I love food! the local the better but I'll try almost anything! Life is what you make it! I know that I wanna create and experience a wide variety of adventures. I want real meaningful work and true Relationships.

I graduated from Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2007.

I also worked at a Health food store from 05-11' and several other jobs In between. I've worked with Herbal medicine. I'm a volunteer Doula(helper for the mom to be)

I've dabble in energy work, I love natural Fabric dyeing (I did a course in Toronto,Ont) I don't smoke & I eat most foods!

PHILOSOPHY

I want to live Life with good intentions.
Its about being real and listening to my intuition. That gut feeling. Being True.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My Friend worked on a farm in the summer of 2008 all her WWOOFing Friends came to our house to stay for a couple nights! it was fun to meet all the new people from Germany, the Uk to New Hampshire and Minnesota!
