ABOUT ME

I moved to New York City from Australia in June 2013 for an exciting adventure.

To be honest I am a homebody and sometimes need some cajoling to get out of my comfort zone but I appreciate people that can help me do it!

I still feel like I haven't figured out what I'm supposed to do with my life so I like to think critically about my the things I am doing so that hopefully I can work it out.

I do get bored easily so I usually have a few projects on the go. I would say I'm good at starting them but not so good at finishing them. I have a lot of ideas so always get excited to move onto whatever the latest one is.

I love living in the big city that is NYC and am looking forward to exploring the rest of the United States.

I first started hosting through couch surfing 9 years ago and have been lucky enough to meet some awesome people.

Books - Generally fantasy novels by the likes of Brandon Sanderson, Patrick Rothfuss, George R.R Martin. Music - I am bad a listening to new music, I tend to stick to old favorites although I am working on expanding my horizons. Some of my favorite bands are Death Cab for Cutie, Further Seems Forever, Brand New, Hatebreed, Shai Hulud etc.

The ability to watch the sunset over the Manhattan skyline any night I want is pretty awesome.
