Always focus on the positive rather than the negative: Look for the positive or the lesson to be learned in every difficult situation... Be thankful for all that you are blessed with, rather than bitter about all that you are missing.

Yoga, alternative and energy medicine, sustainable living, gardening, wild edible plants, cooking yummy vegetarian meals, the ocean, the beach, snorkeling with the fishies, sunshine and sunsets, the forest, hiking, riding my little blue bike, and of course traveling

Swam and played with wild dolphins in the ocean in Hawaii

I am a certified Yoga teacher, I also know a lot about organic gardening, wild edible plants... and I've discovered lately that I am a decent English teacher too!
I love to learn about almost anything and everything!
