Hey it’s Liv :)

I have been travelling in Southeast Asia the last 3 months. It has been soo much fun !!! Currently in Australia.
I had completed my academic studies and I had been working about a year in 2023 in an international trade company but decided to quit my job to travel. Definitely worth it!

I am a very active person and I am almost always surrounded by my friends and family. Since I am solo traveling I was expecting the challenge to just be on my own for some time but I have learned that plus met so many amazing people so I didn’t travel alone.
Other than that, I like to go jogging, do yoga or home workouts to keep my balance in the daily work life.
I also enjoy cooking and baking, preferably with other people.
Just talking, exchanging about life and reflecting with my friends and family is very important to me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to meet new people on my travels and have an exchange on a personal level. As I am traveling mostly alone I am also keen to get some local suggestions and maybe hang out ? :))

Interests

I love the beach, nature, hiking etc. but in my daily life there is not so much spare time for that. Also, I am interested in people and their stories and what they are moved by. And with all the free time I have I am excited to learn and share.

I like all music where I can sing along (very often out of tune)
Love to read, especially romantic novels or some science fiction to dive into that world for a moment

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In March 2023 I flew to Cape town with a friend. We stayed a few days there and then rented a car and headed down the garden route. It was so beautiful and fun! But one of the highlights was my bungee jump of the Bloukrans Bridge. Not sure if I would do it again but definitely zero regrets !!!

I went skydiving in New Zealand. It was insane!
