ABOUT ME

Hey I'm Matt, most people call me Sweeney. Im pretty easy going and always up to something. I live my life in and around Leeds the UK.

I'm 22 and I am at the University of Leeds studying Geology. I have an inflatable mattress and go out too much and work too little.

I've travelled a fair bit of the world so far & want to see it all!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travelled for a year, it was awesome, so many people helped me out by letting me kip on their floor or letting me hitch hike with them, stuff lke that.

I'm sure I can do some kind deeds to other people who were in my situation. I'm just a student so don't expect 5* service, but I have an awesome flat with some pretty cool flatmates, a hot shower and beer

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to many CS events in Auckland and to R&V Festival in North Island NZ, I met loads of people when I was travelling who were CS members. It was difficult to always organise staying somewhere with someone, but I met quite a few legends who I'm still friends with on facebook. I go on FB way more than here, www.facebook.com/sween1

I cannot say no to Couchcurfing, its just too good!

Movies, Latest ones will do me. I love Romeo and Juliet (Baz Luhrman), and anything made by him, Music, anything which isn't too loud, Muse, John Legend, Jackson 5 will all do me. Books, Frank Miller. I much prefer books on Science or Autobiographies and real stories, not fiction.
